  We are very pleased with the work we had done yesterday due to damage from Zeta. The office was fantastic about updating us on when the guys would arrive, and they even showed up a little early! The techs were super friendly and explained everything to us before they got started. They were quick and efficient as well. We will definitely use this company again for anything we may need in the future.

  I asked that they come to inspect a generator on a house that we were purchasing (and it’s currently occupied). They were suppose to call before they got there and told me they would be there Thursday or Wednesday. They showed up Tuesday morning without notifying anyone. Apparently they can’t guarantee that someone calls me back either to explain about the generator. Lady who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. She told me he would call me this morning. When I called to see about if I could talk to him, she said he was already gone and couldn’t guarantee that someone would call me today. I’ll be looking for a different company to service my generator.
