  This place was supposed to replace pretty much the entire front of the car cosmetically aside from the right quarter panel and they did that, but they forgot a few small things and when the front clip of the car started to come apart after about 10 days of driving I brought it back and they refused to fix it including the lead manager there said it was my fault that I hit something where there was no damage to the contrary. My headlights are still misaligned after repeatedly asking them to fix it and also after trying to reach out to the regional manager no one has lifted a finger. I wouldn't touch this place with a 10-ft pole don't do business here go somewhere else they care nothing for their customers and only for money.

  Although their body work is good, their customer service is horrid. They rarely answer the phone, for starters. I was never contacted when the part on order arrived, and when they replaced my part, they never called me to come get my car! I had an appointment immediately after the repairs, so I told the front desk I had a limited time and to call me ASAP when the car was done. They didn't! I had to call them! As a result, I would recommend other repair shops.

  Staff does not return phone calls or reply to emails. Workmanship was substandard and they tried to get us to accept delivery when the car was not finished and inspected properly. They even tried to say that a substance that was all over the hood was there when I brought the car in. Their story changed when I produced photos of the hood that were taken when I dropped off the car.
