  We have been a cvec customer since October of 2021. Every month our bill gets higher and higher and nothing has changed in our house. This month our bill was $390 for a single wide 3 bedroom trailer house. I just don't understand it. My sister has the same trailer, same appliances and everything and her bill was $176.

  Took 3 1/2 months to get installed. Everytime I call they are Normally very rude. I plugged a 16 ft camper up and they charged me $526 for having it hooked up for 11 days. There are no appliances in it. No heat no air. Just the RV itself and 1 lamp. I asked why I was charged as a regular house and she didn't have a response. She was Rude. If you don't like your desk job go flip burgers. Customer service representatives work with customers and if you can't communicate properly or be Nice then you need a new job.

  Have had cvec before they are getting better, used to be power would go out randomly from time to time even when there is no bad weather. On oge now. Main reason I wish was still with them because they are running fiber optics to areas that have no land line ISPs, unfortunately I live just a mile from where cvec and oge are seperated and wish they would run a fiber line my way
