  Our experience with Cape Cod Independent was terrific. Nick came by on-time at the date we agreed to. He gave me a thorough explanation of the product and process and sent me a fair estimate that afternoon. Julie, the operations manager at the office, was very helpful throughout the process and the communication was first-rate from start to finish. The installation went smoothly and the crew was very professional. The coordination with the electricians and gas company went by without a hitch. Tony came over a day or two after the installation was complete and showed me how everything works. I'm not hoping for the next power outage, but I am not dreading it either. Thanks to everyone!

  Having spent 20 years lugging a portable generator in and out in less than ideal conditions, we finally bit the bullet and called upon Independent Power to install a 18KW whole house generator. Nick was extremely professional as was his whole team, installing ahead of schedule in a precise and painless manner.
