Definitely would not recommend going here. Staff has very poor customer service and they have an attitude when you ask for help. Very disappointed in a store that the employees are supposed to be knowledgeable and helpful.

Waited for some assistance but never arrived. I would definitely not recommend going in there unless you know what you need and where it is located. I literally walked around for 40 minutes and not one person asked me if I needed assistance. I had to find someone and they were so busy I felt like I was being brushed off.

I typically don’t have any issues with capital anywhere else however.....the staff (at this location) has about as much customer service/ people skills as a refrigerator. I’ve been here 3 times and I’ve received attitude and no will to help in anyway whatsoever. I work for a huge company that buys millions of dollars in material a year from this chain...you would think they would want to put on a happy face at the counter and help the best they could. Needless to say I won’t be using this location anymore.
