  I want to make sure my recent experience doesnt affect anyone else. I told the company my move out date and confirmed it with my landlord. The company put the wrong date on my cancellation by a full month and kept trying to charge me for the month after I moved out. Was told numerous times that it was a mistake on their end, that they would fix it, and it would not go to collections. Fast forward 4 months later and it went to collections and the company refuses to fix it. Document everything like I did, keep records of all your bills and payments, and prepare yourself legally like I had to.

  Super unprofessional, and when there’s a electric emergency, and workers are in a meeting, they can’t do anything to help you until after their meeting which takes hours sometimes.

  Been a member of Capital Electric Co-op since 2001 and at 3 homes. Always received great and reliable service. They have a dependable staff and few to no outages that I can recall in my neighborhood.
