  I had a capital electric car side swipe me coming down to 61 into boonville and I had to chase him down to get his information and he still would not give me his information nor were the people at the business trying to comply I had to call the police after I got home because he would not let me use his phone so this isn't the first time Capital electric has been involved in accidents for them not paying attention

  Driver was not paying attention to the road. Cars backed up ahead of him on Weinbach like normal and he changed lanes instantly, cutting me off instead of paying attention and braking when he should have. With a newborn baby in the car it was very upsetting and very close to a tragic accident. Luckily I was paying enough attention and was barely able to avoid him.
