  The only downside in this experience is that Google doesn't allow more than 5 stars in a review. First spoke to Brian C. about a generator a couple of months ago. He came out to my house and we hit it off right away. We talked about various options regarding placement, the whole process, permits, etc. and every step of the way was a pure pleasure right up to, and including, today when Dwight and his team came out to do the installation. What a great, professional, and thoughtful crew they were. The job took about 6 hours to complete and I must say that every aspect of the final product is a work of art. The wiring and piping is perfect. The generator is perfect. They had me up and running on my internet-based monitoring connection just minutes after the wiring was all done. Dwight showed me how to operate and test the generator and there is no doubt I am going to sign up for a service plan because peace of mind is important to me. And to be honest, as soon as that generator came on today during the test run, it was one less thing for me to worry about in life. If you are going to get a generator - and you should if you want peace of mind - make Capital Power your first and last phone call. A++++ work in every way from that first phone call to today's last handshake with these fine gentlemen.

  Capital Power installed a Kohler 20 kW generator @ our home . Brian Canestrari was our salesman and did the on site review and estimate. Brian was on time and did a thorough review of what was needed to match our needs. He answered my questions and returned an estimate in a timely fashion. Once we purchased the generator, Brian coordinated with Suburban Propane, to have both companies there on the install date. The install took about 5 hours. Dwight Mathusa was the main installer. He was assisted by his son Dwight Jr. and Nick Duffy. They were on time and the the install took about 5 hours on a cold windy day. They were professional and cleaned up. After install , Dwight Sr. instructed me on how the unit works, maintenance topics and what to if there is a problem. Overall, I was very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

  I had the pleasure of having Dwight Sr , Dwight Jr, and Nike from Capital Power spend the last day and a half installing my new Kohler generator. I knew the first time I met Dwight that this relationship with Capital Power was going to be a good one. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and they were very clean with the installation. No detail was left to chance. I would highly recommend if you need a generator buy it from Capital Power and make sure they install it. You won’t be disappointed.
