Called for an estimate for two pole lights. It took a week to get someone out and was told I would here from them the next day (Friday) if not the next Monday with an estimate. It's been two weeks, two weeks and I still have not heard from them with an estimate. The person on the phones keeps telling me that she doesn't know why the person in charge of the estimates isn't calling me back. I've used them in the past and they've been pretty good, but this service is ridiculous. Over two weeks to get an estimate. God forbid it was an emergency.

If you need electrical work done, Carmean should be your first call. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and despite the size of the job they did a great job minimizing the impact on my family. I can’t recommend them enough!
