I needed my outlets updated. Some were pretty scary, they moved around and I always had to hold the plate to remove what was plugged in. So I decided to have them all changed, along with all my light switches. I called Casagrande Electric, they gave me an estimate, came out the next day and did a fantastic job! Michael even fixed a previously messed up 2 way light switch. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable, and I can only recommend him. I will definitely be back for any future electrical issues.

We have used Casagrande Electric multiple times. Every time we used them the service continued to get worse and worse. They sent out a technician who I would hardly call a journeyman. Countless times he installed fixtures incorrectly and in the wrong locations. At the end of the job they sent us an invoice for 3x what the job cost should of been. They expected me to pay for the mess ups that the under qualified technician installed. Condee Electric has been a better fit for our company. I have tried multiple times to address the invoice with the Owner he hides and has Jennifer do his dirty work. Jennifer in the office wrote a negative review on our company acting as she was a customer that we had done work for. Very unethical for another contractor to go to that level. Responding the the response from Casagrande. We have asked multiple times to speak with the owner Joe and your response was “just pay the bill”. If Joe is up for it then I will have a sit down meeting with him and only him. I find it very disturbing that you refuse to acknowledge that your technician installed multiple fixtures incorrectly or in wrong locations. You charged us for the initial work and then again to fix the incorrectly installed items. Condee electric had to come and repair a light fixture that was installed incorrectly by your technician. Condee has been paid in full. Joe can call me on Monday if he wants to resolve this. I will email you my contact information now.

We professionally and successfully performed work on your jobs and received final inspections from the city. To this day, we continue to work for those homeowners on separate projects.
