  Purchased a solar system from them. They installed it 5 days behind schedule. System looks great. They left before ensuring the utility had swapped meters so my solar panels were pumping power to the grid and I was being charged for doing so. A week into this, the system failed and the Casey Electric employee came 2 days later. Spoke on the phone with Generac after removing 0 panels on the system. Was on the phone for 2.5 hours (2 hours on hold, 30 minutes actually speaking to rep, who diagnosed the problem as main fuses to solar panels being blown). Took almost two weeks before the fuses were replaced. I would think spending $30,000 with a company would ensure I have professional service
