Bitz and Jacob did a fantastic job in getting my stand-by generator back online. Replacing a part in my generator transfer panel may seem easy, but diagnostics stumped two previous electricians before a referral from Frank to Catamount Electric fixed the problem. Covid added to the problem as usual with short staff, locating and getting the part, but patience, perseverance on both my part and that of Catamount is what got the job done. Jacob came out with the replacement part and then diagnosed further what the problem may have been, some loose wires in the generator no doubt from the moron who gave me a new battery last year or so. Anyways Jacob did great above and beyond, he went further and programmed the weekly test, went off as programmed today. Jacob did great but Blitz and Catamount Electric as well as your office staff, Cheyenne, did equally outstanding, always keeping us informed throughout the process. After two years in the area, Catamount outperformed any and all business services we have worked with in WNC!!! We thank you so much, more importantly the generator kicked on as expected when the power died during the snowstorm on Sunday, ran for 6 hours until power came back, transferred as expected back to power grid. Very disappointed in the no call no show for our kitchen light project first scheduled for Nov 9 and rescheduled for Nov 19. We would have recommended Blitz based on his work replacing our great room lighting back in 2018, but calling to cancel a job on the day of, rescheduling it, not returning our call on the rescheduled day asking what time to expect you, and not showing up or even calling to reschedule again is no way to handle customers.
