  I called caves to have my pool table leveled and refelted and the guy said 699 (100 dollars more than any place in town). I stop in there 2 days later and then they say it will be 1100 dollars for the same service. Needless to say I went to another business.

  Colin-Our prices are listed on our website and have been since we opened. We do understand that there may be companies that are willing to do the work cheaper or willing to discount their services. Whether its all the time or at the moment depending if they are slow and need to generate business. We cant control that. There are different processes involved in doing the work you requested. Some companies may do it different which may save them time and material but may not be the best way of doing it as well. We feel we do it the right way, use the best materials and have our techs trained so that we can cover all tables and brands. The other price may have depicted a slightly different conversation/scenerio discussed when you stopped in the store. That's the only reason we can think of because of the different price quoted. I'm sorry it didn't work out for either of us this time, we wish you the best of luck and we hope the other company does a great job for you. Please consider retracting your review.
