    I contacted Cliff about a couple outlets that were warm to the touch. He talked me through the possibilities before even coming out to make sure all was good through the night. We scheduled for him to come out Wednesday but called when he had extra time Tuesday which was even better. Knowledgeable, professional, and very nice even after my dog accidentally gave him a nose bleed (sorry, Cliff!). HIGHLY recommended! Will definitely be contacting him for future jobs!
