The crew came on time as scheduled. They were friendly easy to talk to and ask questions. Explained what they needed to do in my old old house. I have double ceilings and double walls. They worked thru both to install 220v dryer, plug and line from breaker box. Cleaned up after work was completed. Ive used CDL in the past and will contact them for any electrical needs. Thanks to the crew!!

This could possibly been the worst experience I've ever had. I have been co-owner of a property management company since 1996, we do remodels, flip house, have rentals and all that. As a project manager I've probably worked with a 100 different companies and contractors. CDL really put my money and patience into check. I called the company in April of 2020 to help me do some work on a community septic system. CDL sent a electrician down to check out the pump and see what it would take to restore the system to 2 pumps. The technician had not yet made an appointment for me, but instead showed up on site and I don't live there and happen to be out of town that day anyway but then was still charged for 3 hours. We scheduled a time for them to come out and they sent 2 technicians out to check out the electrical box and I talked with Cody about getting the wiring back in order, he said "no problem, figure out where to get a new pump and we can get it fixed up." This trip down cost me 6 hours labor, about $500. So I called CDL plumbing and they came down to take a peak and the pump situation, they found a pump that was within the specifications. I then called CDL back and told them as soon as I can get the estimate we should be able to get things moving. I then spent the next 4 months trying to contact CDL. I called 15-20 times and constantly got jerked around. They didn't return my calls, they refused over and over to let me talk to a supervisor or manager. I left a pile of messages, over and over, noone returned my calls. Here it is August and I've been begging these guys to get my estimate for me, all the while hoping and waiting that they were going to help me and for whatever reason I didn't shop around, I wasn't trying to waste another guy's time so I kept waiting for CDL. Terrible idea. All this time they started sending me invoices. A charge for the un-appointment they had, a charge for the plumber to look up the pump and 6 hours labor for my estimate that I never received. I finally received a call from Bruce who was supposedly the supervisor or manager for the electrical division, he told me he would find out what was going on and get back to me, which he never did. Now, even after being told that they would not send me to collections, I received a call from their collections department, whom were super rude, and was threatened with being sent to collections. I was also told that even though I'm paying for an estimate they are not going to do any work for me or follow up on their commitments. So basically I got billed $600 for a 4 month long stressful headache that wasted a thousand dollars of my time. I would never recommend this disorganized bunch of money grubbers. It may take you more time to find someone else to help with a project, but it's worth it. Don't ever call for an estimate, unless you want to be charged for an overpriced joke. -5 stars

When I moved into my new house, I used CDL Security to install my alarm system. They did such a good job and were very efficient! They were easy to work with, helpful, and very polite! They also made sure I understood how the alarm worked and are available if I have any problems! I highly recommend them!
