Dean from Cedar View did the electrical in our new home as a sub-contractor for our builder. He was extremely helpful and polite, and went out of his way to fix or change things as requested. The original lights that were installed were not the right color, so he came back multiple times to replace them. Overall, he did a great job and everything turned out exactly as requested. I would highly recommend.

I will give zero star if I can. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. The previous owner of my house hired this company to update the electrical system as part of a house renovation project. I feel sorry for their decision. One thing, the electrical system has some problems here and there that needs to be fixed after we moved in a year ago. My garage is in a total darkness now and I just hire an electrician to fix it. The real problem for me is they don't keep proper record. After paying them $$$, I still can't prove that the electrical system in my house has been updated. My wild guess is, they just can't stand behind their service, so they avoid to provide any kind of document or record? Anyway, I called numerous times to get some record about the job, for the purpose of getting insurance discount. It was so hard for them to locate the file. The people in the city said the company should easily find the job using the permit #. No, not for this company. After I made so many calls, to the city, to the general contractor, to the previous owner, I finally helped them located the file. Well, that's the begining of the miserable journey. They said they found the record at first, a couple days later, they said there is only a brief record showing that they did some job and get paid. When I ask for the brief record, they changed their story again, claiming there is nothing in the folder, and even hang up on me. The unprofessional practice is appalling. It is hard to understand they never keep any record of a job (a total update of the electric system in the house, not a small job) only 3 years ago, not even a brief sentence. Although both the city and the insurance agent told me, almost every companies keep the record and willing to provide the document. They don't. It's OK that I didn't get the record, I don't care that much about the $500 I should have saved if other company was hired. I am just mad because NOBODY PAID YOU $$$ AND SPENT THEIR TIME TO HELP YOU LOCATE YOUR JOB FILE SHOULD DESERVE THIS KIND OF SERVICE! Not a reliable, trust-worthy company.

I would recommend staying away from this one. They were subcontractors on a large renovation we did. We didn't choose them, our general did. During the job: sloppy rushed pre-wiring walkthrough that led to compromised and annoying final outcome (outlets in illogical locations, switches in dumb places, overhead light wiring in wrong place, etc. etc.) that could have gone much better if their guy wasn't so HYPER to get us from room to room. He acted like we were taking too long discussing simple things that were going to make a huge difference in the final outcome, with the result that the final outcome was much less usable than it needed to be. And now i think of this unpleasant experience every time i have to walk all the way across our kitchen and around a corner to adjust the dimmer over our center island. After the job: we found some errors, which isn't to be entirely unexpected on a big project. What bothered us was their response: they sent their worst guy SUPER early in the morning. And a good hour or two before our normal waking-up time, he was literally outside our bedroom window throwing PEBBLES at it! Which did work. I mean he achieved his goal, which was to wake us up so he could do his thing. This was a brand-new window that he threw pebbles at. Then he was so hyper, in such a rush, that he kept his big clubby muddy work boots on and CRAWLED from room to room while he corrected the error. If a general ever proposes to work with this company again for us on a project, we are going to refuse.
