  Was an all right place to work..... until management decided they were going to throw all there eggs in one basket and not quote any local work... then the ONLY job they had left was in Oklahoma and put on hold.. so then, right before Christmas, they layoff almost everyone, except somehow the Foremans roommate strangely didnt get laid off...oh and forget that you work for them all year, though birthdays, anniversary's , family events... they lay you off 24 days before Christmas and no Christmas bonus either... but strangely even though they were laying off, they hire a General superintendent... but dont have the money to pay your Christmas bonus... pay was good, superintendent over me was exceptional, but previous superintendent Johnny was a back stabber, talked about everyone behind there back, told everyone else personal things you would talk about, we reworked the same piece of pipe up to 4 times because he wanted to put on a show to make it seem like we were further done then we were... project manager was in way over his head, would wait until the week of to order material that he knew we needed and took weeks to get. Very unorganized company, people you worked with on the job doing the work were very good to work with. People were always helpful that you worked with, management is what sucked, they actually think that workers were going to sit at home for a month or 2 and they will just go back to work when they call....newsflash, 99% of the people I worked with said they would tell you what to do with your job when you call......
