  This review is a year over due for sure. I absolutely love IEC! They help set you up with school benefits via trusting employers that guareentee raises after each completed school year. If you have any issues at all they work with you. They hold events and visit local high schools. Its amaxing what they are doing to help get someone into a life long career. Ive encouraged both my boyfriend and his brother to sign up in fact. The best part is working with Eric Peralez whom is the Training Director there. He openly gives you his cell number and answers calls and texts seconds after you contact him. You never have to wait. There are no dumb or pointless questions either. I have to say that if it wasnt for Eric I would have never been prone to encourage anyone else to join. Overall you guys are giving a future and career to someone that will not let yall down. We owe you one! Thanks!
