  Have been trying for weeks to get my rebate for hot water heater setback. The set back was installed a month ago and I have been getting the run around since --trying to get my rebate. CAEC has not been responsive. I had problems in the beginning trying to get my setback scheduled and installed. Now that it is installed--problems

  Hi John! I sent this on to our Energy Service Rep who has contacted you and arranged for your rebate to be sent. We do apologize for the delay due to an incorrect mailing address, but glad we could get this resolved.

  They just cut u off whenever they feel like it .. Once it goes negative they shut it off .. could b a cent could b 10 dollars .. ridiculous customer service and the rates are high I do not recommend

  Hello! If you are utilizing our Prepay account option, we have many features that can help alert you of your balance. From texts to emails, you can set up an alert for when your balance reaches a low threshold determined by you. If you're not sure of how to do this, please contact customer service and they can get that set up for you.

  My son and I came home on Saturday afternoon in a rain storm to no power. Called my wife, she called the power out line, they were at our house in no time at all. He tried to cut it back on, the transformer shot sparks out of it, it had been hit by lightning. So Jon makes a call and again in no time at all a bucket truck shows up with 2 other trucks, guys get right to work, get the transformer changed in less than an hour. Our power was restored. My son went and told them all Thank You, gave em all a high 5. And they were off to the next issue. Just want to say big Thank You to Jon, Tim, and the rest of the weekend crew on call for sacrificing their time away for their family for our family, and others. These guys work hard, and are good at what they do. Thx again, Billy Lynam.
