  My family was connected to Central Electric Contractors through our home warranty company. We didn’t have a good experience with Central Electric in their attempt to fix our outdoor light. They had to come out to our home twice because during the first visit the tech never submitted the diagnosis report to our home warranty company. They were then called out again for a second time. Once they came out, they claimed they couldn’t repair the outdoor light fixture and said we needed rewiring to fix our light and stated that it was something they couldn’t do. They attributed it critter damage and when we let them know the “damage” they claimed to see was not critter damage but was from the changes we made when getting out gutters replaced. They insisted that it was and therefore submitted it in the report to our home warranty company as such. Unsatisfied with our service we reached back out to our warranty company for a second opinion from a different electrical company who was able to fix the issue with no rewiring needed.

  They met my request by calling before coming. And, did a great job restore electric power to section of my home and replaced a light switch. A Great Job, Thanks!

  Could not repair problem, and said we needed rewireing, which he said he did not do, as it was a two man job. Did not file a timely report so my home warenty company could send another contractor. Called him after he left to say my refrigerator and microwave had gone off. Said he couldn't help. It is now almost 8 pm,and my fridge is off. He also came to my house with no face mask in the middle of pandemic. Also we had to supply him with new fuses. Second day and still no report, so I still have no electric in my kitchen. I am having knee replacement on the 11th, and my kitchen is out. Monday:finally filed a report which contradicted what he told me on Friday.. Starting with a new vender today. Absolutely cannot recommend Central Electric Contractors.
