  An outstanding VALUE - exceptionally professional work! In this day and age of overcharging and under-performance, CENTRAL Heating/AC/Electrical/Plumbing far exceeded my expectations. At every stage, they were exactly on-time, and the office staff kept me aware of which technician would arrive and what work to expect. One HUGE advantage of CENTRAL is that they are licensed and experienced in FOUR trades: Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Plumbing. As HVAC work often entails two or more of these areas, they can control both scheduling and quality of the work. For the electrical part, Connor was a true "artist" with design and installation of a long run of wire in conduit. Made it almost invisible. Matt and Justin did an equally amazing job with installation of two mini-split systems. Not only do they work perfectly, but they ensured the units were mounted in a way that gave both good performance and did not detract from the decor of the home. Both trades took exceptional care to keep[ the work areas safe and clean, and they always wore shoe covers inside. When they left, the home was cleaner than when they arrived. CENTRAL did not disappoint. Gave me a great value, and were worth every penny I paid for the work!!

  We had a Ductless heating and air conditioning system installed in a bonus apartment. My husband, who is a contractor himself, told me I could post how happy he was with the installation. He said the installation crew was very professional, knew what they were doing, did pre-installation preparations to minimize any mess, cleaned up very well, and explained the system remote(s) to us. We look forward to the difference this system will make, and we look forward to no more installation each summer of a window air-conditioner unit!

  Matt and Max were on time , professional and very proficient at their job . They removed our old furnace and installed new system .They were polite and friendly throughout the entire process. I would recommend the services of Central plumbing and heating to anyone I know, This is the second services we have had done and both were quality jobs . Eric did the first plumbing repair and Steve the salesperson both were equally professional and informative. Thank you Central !
