  We asked for a quote of what it would cost for someone to come out and look at our oven and they were prompt in giving us a value and an appointment the next day when we agreed to the quote. Dave was nice to let us know when he would arrive (~10 minutes) in the 4 hour window they gave previously. He was quick to find the problem and see if he could fix it then. He didn't have what was needed but gave us pointers on how to install the part we needed if we decided to go down that route. Definitely calling them again when we have another appliance break down.

  I’ve used this company for my rental property for years and decided to call them out to my home. I’m shocked how this turned out because service and prices were always great! I received a misdiagnosis on my washer machine and paid a lot of money for repairs. My laundry room flooded and the repairmen come back four days later. He admitted that he misdiagnosed my washer. I was supposed to receive a refund on the services, but now, I can’t get management to call me back. They were great up until then, but showed me how poor customer service can be when it comes to returning money due to their misdiagnosis!

  Luke was terrific! Very knowledgeable. He explained how the repair went to the end. Very polite and personable. Said for any reason it doesn't perform as it should, to give them a call and he would be back out. I would recommend Central One Service without hesitation.
