  Our dryer stopped heating. I called on a Sunday and got a prompt callback. Jesse came early in the week. He was on time and very polite and efficient. The dryer needed several new parts which he had to order. The next day I asked him not to come because I couldn't be home. He didn't complain and made an appointment for the next day. He replaced the necessary parts and tested the dryer before he left. He also cleaned up the laundry room. He is very professional and knowledgeable. His fees are reasonable and fair. He doesn't gouge clients. I wish we had more service people like Jesse!

  Jesse is a pleasure to do business with. He is extremely knowledgable about appliances and repair. Highly recommended. In general most "repair" services just suggest to replace unit completely no matter what's wrong with it. Jesse actually fixed my existing and pricing was fair. Good deal
