  It would be 0 stars if it would let me. First, he cut the meter box lock and the power company fined us. Then he broke our main breaker, which cost us more money. Then he changed his price quote by $300 in the middle of doing the job. Then left when the job was halfway done. And wanted the first quote money up front. Then came back 3 days later, but still never finished the wiring. We still don't have power and have no money to hire someone else.
