  The service we had last night just blew my husband and me away!! When I phoned many places to attempt to have our air conditioner fixed, we were in a panic. Their personnel promptly returned my call and arrived at our home to meet my husband! He was incredibly gracious with his advise and time! This kind of service is hard to come by these days!!! We are eternally thankful to Tech for his assistance and hard work!! We will tell everyone we know about this firm!!! During this heat wave, you saved us and our children!!   I am really pleased with the excellent service provided by Charles M. Watts Air Conditioning. They were fast to reply and put me at ease from the first phone conversation to the completion of the full process. Our central air decided to go out on us, and we needed aid right now! When the technician arrived at our house, he was professional and had a terrific bedside manner. He was OK with my asking questions, and he explained things well. I would definitely recommend them to anybody, and I would undoubtedly use Charles M. Watts Air Conditioning for all of my future HVAC needs. Thank you very much from my family and me!

  I've been very happy with Charles M. Watts Air Conditioning's quality of work, pricing, and customer care all Around for AC. Their technicians and salespeople are all kind, timely, thorough, professional, and attentive. Trevor and Rene were quite useful. I can't fathom doing business with anybody else.
