  Better than great. This was the second job Morton Electric completed at my house. I am more impressed with them each time. They exceed my expectations in every metric. I told my neighbor about them.

  We had a water leak in a refrigerator that flooded into our basement. The dry out contractor had Charles Morton inspect electrical panel. He said the panel needed replacing and the price would be $8200. Things were discussed with my wife in my absence and she left the conversation believing the house would no longer be insurable . I received several estimates for under $2000. They also said there was nothing wrong with the panel and breakers. OK for more details. Reliable Restoration was doing the abatement for the water damage in early August. Charles Morton was used as a sub for the electrical check out. I was told the panel needed replaces. (Ray??) was on site and gave me Charles Morton's phone number. I talked with Mr Morton directly approx August 10th. I asked why so expensive and why it was required. I got a lot of talk about NEMA watertight etc etc etc. I said I would review and let Reliable Restoration know if we were going to move ahead. I received a call from Reliable Restoration wanting the schedule the panel change out. I said I would need a detailed estimate of what he $8200 was covering. That was never received.

  Greetings Mr. Green-Fib, If we provided you with an estimate please help me understand why you aren’t in our database. You not being in our database is very strange if you’re saying that you received an estimate from us. Can we please see the estimate that you got from Charles Morton? The other thing is what you’re saying is simply not true because in some instances we wire entire houses for $8200. We certainly don’t charge anywhere near $8200 to simply change out an electrical panel. You had to have misunderstood or spoken with another Charles Morton. I assure you this will be looked into throughly and if our research finds what you’ve posted to be slander we will take appropriate action. You should be ashamed of yourself! Coming in here ruining my perfect score with your gibberish!!! 🤨 Please post the estimate that doesn’t exist that you say we gave you. We all would like to see it! Actually let’s make this even more interesting. If you show me an estimate that I gave you to replace a panel for $8200 we will purchase and install the panel and all other material associated with the panel for FREE!!!!!!!!! The estimate that you posted says Reliable Restoration but you posted your review for Charles R Morton Electric, LLC. Does this make sense to you? Reliable is my customer. You are not!!! You should ask them for the estimate that they received from us since you seem to be so concerned about doing what’s right. WE DO NOT CHARGE $8200 TO REPLACE AN ELECTRICAL PANEL. Please remove this slander from our Google profile. Thanks I’m advance for your urgency in this matter.

  I was seeking an electrician to add an outdoor outlet and one of my neighbors recommended Morton Electrical via Nextdoor. I completed the online form and I received a call from the owner within 10 seconds - I was so shocked. Mr. Morton was very friendly and quoted me a fair price. He was able to schedule me for two days later though because of the bad storms it needed to be rescheduled for the next day. Michael arrived on time, followed COVID protocols, and quickly walked me through the work he needed to do. The work was completed in about 30 minutes and it looks so nice and professional. I highly recommend this company for your next electrical project!
