  Installation and ongoing servicing of my Genrac generator. Very happy with service quality and professionalism of this local, family-owned business.

  For my brother-law. Nothing about this business to like. Would give a negative rating if possible. Gave an estimate between $750 to $800 to set and install generator. Had another estimate of $700 plus materals. Went with Charlottesville Generators as they met my timeline. Received the bill and it was almost twice the quote. Shocked needless to say as their total time was 3 1/2 hours. Called Dawson and he would not budge and said it was what it was. Horrible company and would never recommend or use them again.

  I am afraid you may have us confused with someone else. I have no record of a bill for you, nor do I recall a job like this. Our typical jobs are whole house generators sales and installation which cost much more than this. Also I have not received any contact from someone to discuss dissatisfaction with this.
