Called and made an appointment for the following week. When the day came no one showed up, so I called again and they said I wasn't on the schedule for the day but they had an opening for later that day. So they said they'd have someone out to my house later that day. The electrician (Joe) was almost an hour late to my house but once he did show up he was very professional and did good work.

After calling a couple other places, and was looking at a two week wait just for someone to come out and give me an estimate, I called Charter. An electrician (Kenny) arrived the next day and gave me a price, which I thought was very reasonable. Kenny returned the following Tuesday and completed the work, which looks fantastic. Kenny was very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. I know I will be using Charter for any electrical needs in the future.
