  I experienced an oil leak on my Generac and Joe responded quickly. The repair was done the next day. They will be doing my routine maintenance from now on.

  Chico Electric is top notch!! Due to the "pandemic" I was having a hard time finding a local Generac certified repair service. I tried contacting over half a dozen certified Generac dealers in my general area, some of which never returned messages or even answered their business phones. Thankfully a friend recommended I contact Chico Electric. The office staff was very pleasant when I called and happily took care of scheduling a service appointment. My service man (Dan) was quite impressive, extremely knowledgeable and very personable and pleasant! Dan did a great job with checking out the initial problem, then preforming routine service and checking all aspects of the system. I highly recommend Chico Electric!
