  We contracted with Choate to install a cut-over switch and the other wiring necessary for connecting a generator to the house wiring. David's estimate was reasonable, he showed up on time, and the wiring job he did looked very clean. He was a pleasure to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for future electrical projects.

  I work at an advocacy organization for people with Developmental Disabilities. Choate Electric parked in front of the company door 4 inches from the accessible door button. I asked them to move their truck so a person in a wheelchair could get in and the woman (owner?) driving the truck yelled and swore at me. She complained that she had bad knees. Well, people who use wheelchairs to get in places should not have to deal with that - very rude. Very disrespectful and if we see that behavior again here they will be towed. If that is the face of Choate Electric - I certainly would never use them.
