  I had to have someone come to my home on a Friday afternoon because part of the electricity in my house kept flickering and going out. This happened right at 3pm so of course I was going to have to pay weekend/emergency rates. They sent the worker out and he was great! He figured out in less than an hour that it was not my house. It was the transformer. He was very nice and professional. Well I get a bill in the mail for $265 for that service call. I called the company to see why it was so expensive (I was quoted about $130 an hour when I had called prior to them coming out). The lady told me that they charge a minimum of 2 hours. She had not told me that when I called before having someone come out. Had I know that, I would have had another company come. I asked her since she did not tell me it was a minimum of 2 hours, it took him less than an hour to figure out the problem and he basically didn't have to do any work, can they charge me for only 1 hour. She said "No, its company policy." So now I'm stuck paying $265. It would have been nice for this company to have a heart and only charge me for 1 hour since they failed to tell me about the 2 hour minimum. Edit- Chris' Electrical did contact me and refunded me an hour. I changed my review to 4 stars since they did refund my money. I was very appreciative that they did that.

  I called for a quote on some ceiling fans to be run on my back patio. The lady that answer was rude and basically said they dont go out and give quotes for such a small job. I tried to explain that there would be 3 ceiling fans run and she cut me off and said we don't do that. I was confused I asked "you mean you wont do that type of job" and she said "no we wont go out and quote it. There is just one guy that does the quotes and it's just not worth it." Still confused I was like ok. She then again very rudely said "its $100 an hour plus parts that all I can say". I said well ok could I get an idea of a time frame it would take...(I was going to say "so that I can get a rough estimate of how many hours it might take to run 3 ceiling fans so that I can do the calculation and at least get an idea of how much labor for this kind of job might run" but she Immediately cut me off and rudely said "no we don't do quotes that's all I can say" I was finally just like ok bye. I will not call them again for any job including any large and expensive ones. I get you dont want to give an exact amout because you dont know our electrical situation but some idea was not to much to ask since you aren't willing to come out and look at our eletrical situation. Customer service was horrible.

  I had a few outlets that were not working. Chris came out and fixed us right up. Very pleased with his professionalism in troubleshooting and getting all of my outlets working. Will definitely use him again for future electrical needs.
