  Called him needing his professional help. Said he would come out because he’s a dealer. Never heard from him again even after leaving two messages. My son and his new wife are a very young couple with a Central Boiler wood stove with the farm we bought. We need a professional to simply look at it and make any repairs that might need done. I wouldn’t waste my precious time on a failure of a business as such. I rate this business man an “F”. I will be sure to go out of my way to purchase from someone other than him because he is not dependable. I will let Central Boiler know what they have as a dealer.
