  Apologize that you didn’t receive a call back, if it was in the past few days we have had close to 200 calls from repairs due to the storm and customers looking for estimates.   Extremely impressed with the customer service and value. Christopher came over on a Sunday to help me get up and running when we had an outage...not many businesses deliver this type of personalized care and so happy they are located in Central Wisconsin! I would recommend him to family and friends in need of the assurance of a backup generator! Highly Recommend!!!

  Chris and his crew arrived on time and quickly had my new generator installed. Chris went out of his way to resolve a manufacter defect to make sure my unit was running before I left on vacation. Reasonable prices and outstanding service. Thank you!
