The service call was $100.00 even though the technician didn't need to service anything. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained how the breaker panel was designed and provided me with peace of mind. He also explained the what and why of my electrical issue and helped decide on a future course of action. I will continue to make City and Suburban Electric my go to for all my electrical needs because of the excellent service I received. This company was referred to me by my amazing realtor Sarah Dennis. I was extremely impressed by the knowledge of my technician and customer service I received from the moment I called for their assistance. Companies like City and Suburban are a rare and treasured find these days.

City & Suburban were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. They did some of the construction work on a new house project that we had, working us into their schedule on short notice so that we could meet some of the deadlines for our project. They also were able to get a temporary pole out for the project in a week's time (so quick!) and let us hold onto it out there until the actual box was put in. Easy to work with, accommodating, and easy to get a hold of. Definitely recommend them.
