  Charged us almost 500 dollar's an hour for a Saturday service to unclog a sewer line total bill of 116900 for a hour and half worth of work find someone else if you have an emergency

  Water heater install. Don’t bother. Where’s the zero star option? The guy who I talked to to quote me for this job never called back and when I called and left a message to ask for them to send the quote he called me back saying he didn’t know who I was. Said he needed a refresher course on my job. When I had called his direct number I couldn’t leave a message since his mailbox was full. Absolutely unprofessional. Luckily my tank broke while I waiting for a call back for my estimate. That forced my hand to do it myself and saved me at least a grand for what wasn’t really a hard job. I just didn’t have time to do it myself due to my work schedule.

  Mr. Baker, We are sorry for the misunderstanding with your water heater proposal. We do remember speaking with you last Friday regarding your current water heater issues; old and a leaking tank. You were interested in a tankless unit vs. a replacement Powervent model. A Representative provided their personal cell number to you so that you could text pictures of the existing installation while on the phone. We discussed at this time based on the information provided what your options were and provided budget numbers for both replacement options. You elected to stay with a Powervent model which we proposed a verbal budget to you. So, the following week on Monday, you had called back, and our representative couldn’t recall who you were. He then immediately returned your phone call and left a message, apologizing and admitting he couldn’t remember the conversation. We are only human and take a lot of calls throughout the day. He left his name, and office number for you to return the call if still in need of service. Again we are sorry and the representative called and acknowledged that he was unsure of the details that you were looking for and our call was not returned. This would have been easily solved had we got a call back and could confirm all your information.
