  Terrible, new company is by far worse than caddo electric and they still wernt very good, scheduled my payment to be in 2 days late and it was the week of Christmas, they sent a man out telling us he was chsbgingbout our meter and it's just a new thing they are doing to everyone so don't worry if electricity goes off and on a few times but it's just so they can control everything from in office, never said anything to me that he was cutting it off, as soon as he left it went out, I gave it about 10 min to see and called the office and told them and hot transferred to a unfriendly lady and she said we cut it off cause your late, and told us we had to pay the bill plus $190 deposit and a $50 reconnect fee , all this is a few days before Christmas, what's bad to is I had called and ask about paying 2 days late and was told no problem that would be fine, worse place ever, I have never one time spoke to anyone that had any good to say about this place, we would all be on a different electric if we could, hopefully someday
