When Craig first came out to look at the projects I needed done he spent time providing advice, explaining the process of some of the more challenging tasks, and creating a detailed bid.   We had an emergency power issue and they were able to come out on short notice. We needed the electric meter replaced. They did a GREAT job. Gave a lot of details and explained their process. Could not be happier with the work they did.
