  The worst place one could go for help! everyone makes mistakes that's part of life, but when the electrician's mess up on the job the company will back them up screw you! My advice to you if they do any wiring in your house get a outlet tester if you're like me almost every plug in my house was wired wrong! And they refuse to fix their mess up I had to go outside of Hillsdale County to get a good electrician because most of these people around here don't want to step on each other's feet. The electricians I talked to said what they did could be very dangerous to the occupants in this house. If they would come out and fix their mess up I would give them a thumbs-up unfortunately they don't take responsibility for their actions and it will cost me more money to hire another electrician from outside of this County to do the job right. ((( An open ground is when a three-pronged outlet is not connected to the home's grounding system. This is unsafe because if a fault were to happen, the surge could damage equipment or people rather than routing to the ground.)))

  After upgrading our electrical panel I opened about a week later I open the panel to inspect what they did because they never hooked up the main ground to the water. And I found every wire coming from the house had no ground hooked up they left them all unhooked so they had a hot wire a neutral wire going to the circuit but no ground! the grounds were just hanging in the Box. We have been trying to get them to fix this but nothing yet.
