  We live in Noxen, and our power is constantly out. My neighbors are on a different company, and they rarely lose power. I can look out my window from my dark house, and see their outside lights and everything on. Customer service has always been great, but some serious line updates are needed because I'm tired of having unreliable service.

  Every single time I have dealt with Claverack, they have been friendly, polite, and really responsive to whatever I've asked about. The employees really have a great attitude and are very professional and knowledgeable. Great job everyone!!

  These guys REAAAALLLLYYY seem interested in a lawsuit, perhaps by multiple different people. Look up federal protections on all electric companies threatening disconnect against low income and disabled. Seeking legal options and federal/state protections at this time. Very quick to disconnect you in life threatening conditions in this area (no electric no water). These guys seem VERY highly interested in a lawsuit, and are starting to interest me as well. A better company or co-op should take their place. Crooks. Seek a lawyer or senators help. Your local senator may be able to back you up, along with legislators if need be. Do your research to protect your loved ones and elderly from cut throat electric companies that just don't care medically about you. Seeking legal protections at this time.
