  The worst utility company Ive had to buy power from. Their rates are insane and the quality of service is lacking. I get surges on the daily and power goes out frequently. Damaged my air conditioning once already.

  Customer service has been great! App is horrible & outdated (doesn't work at all any more) and now my bill is pretty much doubled! I wish we had other options for electricity but the monopoly is ridiculous

  Easy, but you're going to have to play with a computer to pay your bills. My check was made out and they made me enter payment into a ATM kinda machine? Less personal touch I must say.
