  Absolutely the worst experience I have encountered with an electrician. Set up an appointment to get a quote and the owner forgot about the appointment. He finally came out later that day and priced out electrical plug for my EV home charger. We called back and set up an appointment Thursday. They called and canceled due to the rain. Told them my next available days were the following Monday and Tuesday. When I called yesterday morning they said they would send someone out and nobody came. Today I called and said I was available until 1 today. The receptionist said that we were at the top of their list and they shouldn't have a problem getting someone out there. I said we'll if you cannot get someone out today then we won't be using them and she responded "well then we can't get anyone out there." This is a poor excuse. I was willing to give them my business, but I guess I am just another number to them. Why can't business do right by their paying customers and make good reputations for themselves and not play games.

  Chad and Justin were great workers and fun to talk to. The job was completed to my satisfaction and new light fixtures were installed 0 complaints everyone I delt with was professional, fun and a good communicator

  As a business owner I expect a lot of people. I called and spoke with Greg and he was awesome and figured out how to get me somebody for a few hours. Keith was early and very detailed oriented. We went over scope of work and priority. Keith jumped right in and got at it. He was always very polite to onsite staff. He went back over his work and cleaned up messes without me having to ask. He knows his stuff and the install went very smoothly. I will be using them again in the Decatur when I need an electrician.
