  Power out on my street in North Walls for 35 hours. If it's restored tomorrow (Sat., Feb. 5) it will certainly be over 48 hours. It does seem that DeSoto County is an extremely low priority. Why? We pay our bills like everyone else.

  Never had a problem getting a hold of anyone. If they don't answer, or it's busy, you probably can be assured your outage has been reported. Lived all over the U.S. and these folks are by far the best and responding to an outage.

  Usually my power doesn't go out in storms but It went out at 10.pm last night. It's 0630 and still no power I can't sleep without my o2 and C pap machine.
