  I called to have someone come out and look at an outlet and the woman who answered the phone told me they do not work on residential properties (she cut me off a I was speaking to ask if it was residential). She gave me a phone number of someone else who does, I said thank you and started to apologize (to tell her that I was referred to them by someone else) and she literally hung the phone up on me without a word. EXTREMELY unprofessional and uncalled for.

  I didn't mind the actual service they provided. However, they were late in coming to my appointment. They literally didn't show up about the next day. Then, they went on ahead and made a decision that could have cost me extra money, without my consent. When I went to tell the supervisor about it, he told me that I kept complaining about nothing after they did a great job. He didn't take the time to listen, or was not even humble enough to give a crap about my complaint. Yes, I did complain. Not complaining about the service, but I am now complaining about this supervisor's attitude. He was disrespectful and on top of that he told me that any other electrical issues, I can got to another company. I will take your advice on that, sir. I don't mind paying extra, but only if quality customer service comes with. He kept my bill at the original rate that he promised, but you can't shut me up from telling others about how terrible you treat your customers.

  I want to humbly thank Coastal Electric Company. My son worked for an amazing company. On behalf of my family and myself. We truly appreciate all the assistance given to us, during this difficult time.
