  They are just horrible. My light bill is on average four hundred dollars monthly, not to mention all the fees they hide and don’t tell you about until you call and complain about how high the power bill is. Also I haven’t received a paper bill in four months I literally have to call and see how much my bill is for that month .When I asked why haven’t I been getting my bill they tell me it’s the post office fault. How pathetic!! Dealing with this company have been a nightmare for myself and family. I have decided to move closer to the city so I want be force to deal with them anymore. I also was never home I work in Savannah theirs no way I accumulated that high of a bill. Coastal Electric is the worst of the worst!!

  Disconnected power for a bill that arrived in the mail a full day after the disconnection. Obstinate management blames customer for late bill arrival.

  I only gave 1 star so I could post they are horrible and careless Im lookin to move my bill is over 300 every month and I haven't bn home at all last month had a family emergency outta state was gone a month and a half every thing was unplugged beside refrigerator and stove air was off still received a 330 light bill how was that even possible then if they disconnected u have to pay a reconnect fee PLUS A NEW DEPOSIT LIKE WATTTT I MISSS GEORGIA POWER SOOOO BAD ME AND MY KIDS HAVE TO FIND A NEW LIVING ARRANGEMENT DUE TO THEir RIDICULOUS BILLS I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING U ONLY GET 1 PAYMENTS ARRANGEMENT PLUS U HAVE TO HAVE A ZERO BALANCE TO GET PAY AS U GO LIGHTS SO ITS LIKE U CANT WIN EITHER Way u try I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE UNLESS UR DOIN PREPAID LIGHT ONLY I HAVE YET STILL BN ABLE tO GET MY BILL dOWN sO I CAN GET PREPAID ITs REALLY SAD! MS CINDY IS THE BEST ShES THE ONLY ONE WILLING TO hELP ILL GIVE hER THAT
