  I generally do not leave reviews but this is for anyone needing an honest assessment. The work was completed and done timely which passed a city inspection. How well? I’m not an electrician, but the lights are on. However, the knobs were broken off my washer (now un-useable), my carpet was completely ruined with mud as no plastic was placed down for walking on , my home smelled like smoked all the way to the second story from either blantantly smoking in my home with my 1 year old present or smoking directly by the door that was left open . My washer cannot function now; the dryer was left disconnected and shoved in . I overall wish we had used someone who had even the slightest respect for our health and our belongings. This group was referred by homeserve through AEP to replace a box and an exterior line but I would not recommend them. Had they even let us know we could placed plastic down for them that was readily available in our home already and my husband would’ve used a dolly no move anything needed instead of breaking it. I did call and speak to the owner who apologized and said they could try to find a new knob so that my washer operates, how long can we go without a washer? I would advise this company to stop smoking in peoples homes or smoking beside an open door to a home with an infant also.
