  I called about needing an outlet fixed. The lady that answered was EXTREMELY rude. Her tone was as if she was extremely annoyed. All I said was that I was having issues with an outlet. There is no need to be rude.

  Sadly it did not go well. The individual I spoke to sounded beyond bored, and completely unhelpful when hearing of my emergency need for an electrician.
