  Being a first time home buyer can be daunting! Ingrid helped us feel comfortable and confident and what we were doing. She took the time to explain everything that was happening throughout the process. All we wanted was an old farm house in the mountains and boy did she deliver! She is kind and caring and clearly loves her job. Ingrid is a fantastic human being in ever sense of the word. We were very lucky to have her as our realtor.

  Ingrid helped us sell land that we inherited. She was able to get us a good number of qualified buyers and we ended up with a smooth transaction at the price we wanted. With any real estate transaction, quickly communicating offers and responses are key and she was great. Being on the other side of the country, I especially appreciated her knowledge of the local market and her advice. Highly recommended.

  I have known Ingrid for years and watched as her real estate career took off and flourished. When the time came for my husband and I to sell his mother's house there was no question about who we would turn to for help. Ingrid is thorough, organized, and knowledgeable. She is an excellent photographer and was easily able to showcase the house in its best light. The house was under contract for more than the asking price very shortly after being listed, and Ingrid was both patient and helpful in the face of delays as we worked to schedule some necessary repairs. Thank you Ingrid, we couldn't have done it without you!
