  I was given a verbally bound quote from Collier Electric which they refuse to honor. They're stating that the quote was for old work of fixing a faulty outlet that they installed (the charge for this has been removed). When in fact the quote was for new work of installing a cable outlet. They also installed an electrical outlet saying that I requested that as well when I did not. There is also no proof of me requesting that second outlet. The receptionist was very rude to me saying basically 'too bad'. She told me "if someone said they'd give you a million dollars would you believe them?" & "oh well, take it as a life lesson" later that day she left me a voicemail saying to call her back and when I did she was very short and told me "we're sending you a letter and handling it that way" I said "okay...?" And she said "thanks" and hung up on me. When I contacted Bryan Collier it took a week to even get a response from him. His email was basically calling me a liar saying that's not what his receptionist said/ did and that I was seeking revenge on social media when in reality my post (on a local review site) didn't even mention his company's name, when someone commented "was it collier, they're horrible" I actually responded in defense of the company. But Mr. Collier believes, for some reason, that I was seeking revenge and because of that he refuses to acknowledge my issues. So heads up LCV if you're going to do business with Collier expect false quotes and terrible customer service.
