  If I could give 10 stars, I would. Absolutely terrific!!!!!! They helped us out during the coldest streak of the year. Our HVAC unit kept blowing fuses which would leave us without heat (except for small room heaters.) I first had a friend try to repair it, and after a good effort (twice), they were unable to find the root cause of the problem, and the fuse would again blow after running for a random amount of time once it was changed. I called another local provider that promised to get out that evening (they did not). I called them the following day and rescheduled for that day, and when they did arrive the next day over two hours late, they did replace the fuse once again but could not pinpoint the issue, so they left knowing the problem was unresolved. The heat stopped working 30 minutes after they left. I called Comfort Control on a recommendation the next day, and they were so reassuring that they could resolve our issue, it relieved my anxiety. Because we both work, we had a small window of time that would work for us, and they scheduled a time in the afternoon that was perfect, and the technician was right on time. He was very polite and professional. Within the first three minutes on site, he had diagnosed the problem and had it "fixed" within 15 minutes. They made it clear that if we had any issues, just let them know, and they would be there for us. It has been running great for almost a week now. Very affordable (compared to the other company) is just icing on the cake. Highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC or different types of services they offer (a lot). I wouldn't use anyone else from here on out.

  I can't stress enough how much I appreciate Comfort Control. They helped me out when no other electrician would even answer the phone (and helped with something outside the scope of their services). They were professional, responsive, and kind - which is difficult to find these days. A Facebook friend recommended them to me and I am so grateful.

  He was awesome and honest and got it done quick. Another company tried to screw me and he came out told me the proper problem and fixed it immediately. He is awesome. Highly recommended!
