  I have had good experiences with this companies services in the past. As of lately though getting the inspector to show when he says he will has been a challenge. I have had 3 times where the inspector shows up early and leaves comes without me calling and then shows up late. I have been sitting on this job today for and 1 hour and fifteen minutes past when we were supposed to meet. It would be appreciated if there was a little more consideration for the contractors time also. I have another job I’m supposed to be on with employees sitting there waiting for me. So to sum it up. I will be charged 4 times for this inspection. Which will cost me $200.00. I have wasted over three hours of my time which is roughly $150.00 of missed earnings due to not being on another job and the cost of my employees and there lost labor and wages. The cost to me probably around $450 for the inspectors inability to schedule and stay intime. This is the reason people and contractors hate permitting. Just like all other government regulations. They are costly and most of the time unnecessary. Final note, this isn’t the first time or the last time this will happen.

  Simmons is very rude. Is not really educated enough to do this job. If it wasn’t for Pete this place would be in trouble. Summon should be removed form this position

  I have used this company twice for electrical inspections. "Jeff" (the electrical inspector) is always pleasant and reasonable. He's happy to answer questions and is usually available to come out the same day if you call in the morning.
